This week we were camping with friends, but Mr Moon has hurt himself so it’s postponed until he feels better.
We had a week of family, with a Wyatt wedding, then our youngest daughter staying over with her boyfriend.

We took them on a deer hunt, as the sun was glorious for 2 days. I tried out the Piz buin suncream and anti histamines which have kept the Polymorphic Light Eruption away, thankfully. Find it Here

I’ve added some variation to my hip bridges, I tried a single leg bridge with the physiotherapist, but that was far too weak to complete. So he decided to make me try and put my right leg on a tip toe. That way more weight is out through the left hip (newest replaced one) while I can make more steady and controlled movements.

We have also added some leg extensions, which although I find easy to do, they have no strength in them if the physiotherapist pushes against it. So this will hopefully build up some strength.
