So it’s session three and technically my last session, 1 was taken from me as the pool had a fault, it’s been given back but only end of June time. So a huge break really. So I need to make this session count as best as I can.

Bad timing really, as I went to a concert Saturday night, and from that the hip is huge!! Lots of swelling, seriously painful, and worse yet, it jumped by itself in the night and my god did that pain wake me!! Not sure what on earth made it jump, but I hope it doesn’t do it again.

Least the water should help warm joints and ease them overall. And we have no other plans all week, so I can get a good rest in afterwards.

Did the same Walking up and down the pool X 6, Side Step Ups X 20reps, Forward Step Ups X 20reps, Weighted Hip Flexion X 20reps, Weighted Hip Abduction X 20reps, Weighted Hip Extension X 20reps, Seated Cycling X 40reps, Hip Bridges on Slope X 20reps, Weighted Hip Abduction on Slope X 20reps, Push Leg Down Weighted, while on the Slope (so hard) X 20reps. To end we walked Sideways up and down the pool X 8 times.

This is like the slope I do Hip Nridges, Hip Abduction and Straight Leg Push Down exercises on. Harder than it looks.

Absolutely exhausted and swollen now, but feels productive at least. Told her all about the podiatrist and she’s inclined to agree that a 2cm lift would help dramatically. Completely waddled out, and once home got a hot water bottle for my back as it’s super painful.
