Lichfield Fuse Festival

|

,

It’s Fuse festival time, and this one is free and local to us, so why not. Lichfield Arts once again brings the magic and excitement of Fuse to Lichfield’s Beacon Park, offering a wide range of live music, workshops, activities and participatory opportunities along with bars, food, hot drinks, a festival market and free fresh water from South Staffordshire Water.

It started Friday night, and goes on until Sunday. but we only want Saturday day and evening.

We arrived at tea time so the hunt was on for our tea. We found the Authentic India, so had to buy some Samoas to start with.

We walked around to see all the different offerings and settled on burgers. But a minted goat burger, and vension burger, both fully loaded (added bacon, cheese, and yogurt minted sauce) and salad. And omg how delicious were these. I usually do not step out of my comfort zone food wise.

We enjoyed the sunshine and seeing so many families enjoying all the different music zones. Children playing with giant bubble machines, and other various offerings.

We finished our food tour with a waffle covered in white chocolate, crushed wafer and kinder chocolate on top. It was heavenly!

We ended our night in the momentum tent listening to Dj Thumpa, our friend who is playing drum n bass. We catch up with another friend too while here so that made our day perfect. The set was epic and everyone was loving it.
