Back from camp and I’ve definitely suffered from the lower chairs and the amount you have to move about. And weirdly I had another leg cramp session?? This is the second in 2 weeks, no idea what is causing them, always at night when I’m asleep. Covered in bruises too just from pressure against things, but it is my DVT leg which does behave differently. Same leg that’s having the cramps too, so maybe it’s a blood thing?

So it’s back to physio sessions at home to keep it in a routine of movement. Didn’t walk as much as I thought I would during camp, mainly due to temperature and we were stuck at camp with doggies, too hot to walk them etc.

I’m only doing 1 heel raised for now. 10 to 15 reps per day.
Going to try these but on my foot stool instead, to strengthen the core and quads. 10 reps a day
I want to try this Hip Bridge Marching on bosu ball, let’s see if I’m strong enough. If not it’s something to work towards.

Keeping everything low and slow, nothing too aggressive and hopefully nothing to flare up the hip swelling and pain.
