Only 1 more week until I see Podiatry and Physio, and I feel for physio I’ve made huge progress, and that the lifting of the leg is less limited ( I put that down to the yoga I’ve been doing) still hurts to truly lift knee to chest, but there is improvement. For podiatry well, I’m actually eager now to get a shoe lift and improve my walking.


This is me when I’m sat on the tops of my feet, kneeling pose. It’s clear one leg is longer than the other and no amount of exercise is pulling it up shorter.

As it’s been 3 weeks of yoga revolution now, feeling like I have a nice routine, I feel good in myself and yet not bodily broken as physio has often made me feel, I have decided to find another 30 days once this one has finished, perhaps one more geared to beginners. But I like the fresh start of the day with doing yoga first thing. And I feel more productive, with helps with mental health too.
