With only just over a week left of my Second Round of Yoga Revolution (By Adrienne) you can find it on YouTube. I’m feeling stronger in places, while still on occasion getting a flare. But I confess I haven’t been doing the Single Leg Hip Bridges. (Tsk tsk) Though I’m enjoying the thigh pain being less because I’m not doing them!!) But when I did try to do them, I managed 10 reps. That’s a huge difference and all due to yoga not actually doing them (strange)

I recently had a horrific cramp again, which only lasts for a minute or two in the Calf, but pulls in the upper thigh and lasts for days. Not sure what is causing it, I’ve had it 4 or 5 times so far this year, yet previous to this replacement I had it maybe twice in my whole life. What’s changed? Could just be a peri-menopause? Or hip implant related?

While I’m recovering from last week’s 3 days of walking, I’m pleased I managed to do it, regardless of the lower back pain and hip limitations. It was good for the mind and soul. Now I just need to repair and recover. (While still doing my yoga daily)

I think I’m finally ready to progress up to 1.5cm insoles full time and not use the 1cm ones now. Slow process getting the feet and back used to them, but I think I’ve cracked that level, but not the larger 2.5 cm ones yet.

CT scan appointment came through and I’m due in 11th October, so maybe this will answer more questions we have over the lateral pelvis twist and leg length issues. Wonder what they will say??
