It’s been a boring week, health had spiralled a bit after being on adventures (worth it but does cost a bit in time, recovery and pain levels) but down time means more TV or books to read so it’s not always a bad thing.

And in perfect synchronisity I won a book from PushkinPress on twitter. So I have no excuse not to curl up,with a coffee and dive in. I even have a new tarot deck to get to try out too.

I’ve been practicing the Single leg hip bridges on and off, and I’m still rubbish at them, they still hurt, and flare up the hip. Definitely feel at a loss with these. I see the Physio on 5th December and I hope I can get it across that it’s actually painful to do, not a simple ache but deep rooted pain. That said I’m trying.

I have to make sure it’s in line with my knee, and not straight up as it’s easier having the leg straight up. Just about getting to 10 reps with a 3 second hold. But it twinges the muscles and flares up pain.

Been practising some toe raised hip bridges on the Bosu Ball X 10 reps. And I alternate on different days doing tip toe hip bridges X 10reps.
