My Review Completely new Author for me, so the author and style of writing is a change for me. Domestic violence and abusive ex’s are in this plot. Exquisitely intertwined and woven through time lines the plot is immense, thrilling and nail biting. I will be trying more from Charlie as the style is very good, I love that he’s actually had experience as a police officer, so it bring in realism to the plots and procedures detailed. Every thing unfolds slowly but cleverly, the plots all intertwine and make perfect sense. I believe this one is written in a different style compared to his previous books, so I would love to compared them and see how it’s changed and see why it changed.
