Time is flying by and the month is getting busy, but I’m still trying to keep up to date with exercises and movement. But by crikey this cold weather really heightens that pain we feel, so stiff!!
On the up side, my house is freezing, barely above 15 degrees with heating on. So these exercises don’t half warm you up proper!! Though lately I am struggling to find time, December is a busy month isn’t it. Been away from home this last week, so now I’m home it’s time to get back into a routine.
My head space really hasn’t been in the zone either, honestly I just have felt like I can’t cope, can’t think, can’t breathe at times. So these times have made me retreat and go inwardly, and just abandon all thoughts of self care and healthy choices. I’ve cancelled my insole hospital appointment which was for the 29th December, and moved to 13th February instead, to give myself headspace.





Still forever hated. But done. Clamshell exercise. But I do see a lot doing them wrong, so here is a photo of the correct alignment for them. It’s not about how far up you can lift, it’s more about how you lift and hold the leg up.
