Finally I’m feeling better, boy did that cough and fatigue linger around, as did the muscle pull too. But Yoga With Adriene started a new 30 day programme which started 2nd January, called Center. We just had to start it.

I’ve got a new appointment to see a Limb Reconstruction Surgeon in February, so that’s not far away. Though I’m not sure what they will say or do. I’m eager to fix my hands more as the steroids are wearing off.

As I’ve had a lot of time off, I’m starting with tip toe hip bridges, before progressing to single leg hip bridges 10 reps
Kept my side leg raise, no floor touching 10 reps
Hip adduction 10 reps

And finally I’ve started to add a resistance banded side walking. To build some stamina and strength.

Starting with 10 reps each side

Actually feels good to feel better enough to restart some exercise and movement.
