Yay I’m back to moving, to doing some yoga, although it’s hands free yoga. But I feel like ‘myself’ again. This recovery and enforced rest has took its toll. I just want to be outside grabbing views. Weather has been terrible too, so couldn’t risk it in a cast.
Now I can move more safely on and off the floor, in a fashion (with some extra heave ho and time and furniture to climb up on!!) getting some physio done is easier. As when I was resting I did feel stiffer, and sore. So I’m hoping movement will help overall.


As I’m not a fan of Clams, I can’t think of anyone who is. I decided I rather stand and do Lateral Squat Walking, or Duck Walking with a Resistance band.

And of course I kinda need to keep my arms working, but hard to do in a cast. However I came across these, so I’ve been doing 10 reps of each exercise X 3.
