Recently my skin has been lack lustre and dry in places, winter air and damp do a real number on my skin, with added medical and surgical trauma too. So I knew I needed a treat, to bring the brightness back if possible.

Hyaluronic Acid Booster Serum is specially formulated with an effective blend of Hyaluronic acid (2%) and Pro – Vitamin B5, apply morning or night post cleansing to help leave skin feeling intensely moisturised. Got thirsty skin? Follow up with our Hyaluronic Acid Moisturiser for extra hydration.

This hyaluronic acid booster serum is formulated with the molecular compound that’s renowned for its superior hydration-boosting properties. Aiming to smooth and plump the skin, this serum is ideal for targeting a dehydrated complexion, while helping nourish a dry, thirsty visage.

The texture is medium thickness, not too runny but thinner than a moisturizer. A little goes a long way, so a couple of drops will do the face and neck, when evenly distributed between fingers and massaged on. It’s transparent and soaks in very quickly, leaving silky smooth skin and not tacky residue.

Now I’m used to #Medik8 one Available Here this one is £45.00 for 30ml. and this Primark one is £3.50 for 25ml and honestly I think it’s incredibly good, definitely comparable. And I will be purchasing again. My skin felt so soft and nourished. Exactly what it needed.

Crafted to a vegan formula, this PS… Skin + Vitamin C 3% booster serum is designed to cater to those who suffer from a dull and lacklustre complexion. Made with 3% Vitamin C, a potent ingredient that’s packed with antioxidants to help fight free radicals, this milky serum seeks to brighten the skin, evening out tone and working to reduce redness and pigmentation. Apply to the skin daily to help promote a radiant glow and luminous visage.

Suitable for use in the AM or PM, apply a couple of drops after cleansing and before moisturising, gently patting into the skin until absorbed. I’ve been using this first and giving the skin time to absorb, then following with the Hyaluronic acid above.

Thicker in texture and opaque too, it’s lightweight and feels like a super booster. A skin wake up call if you will. Always been nervous to try Vitamin C as I have notorious sensitive skin, however this seems to be working out perfectly.

I haven’t used Vitamin C Serums before so I can’t compare it to a more bougie brand, however others have and they declare it’s on par with Paula’s Choice Vitamin C Available Here £41.60 for 20ml but it is a higher percentage than my 3% one for £3.50 for 25ml but Primark do also sell a 10% Vitamin C Serum for £6.00 for 25ml which is perhaps a better comparison.

Loving the brightening affect, and darker areas and age spots are fading. Making me feel a lot more ‘myself’ and less haggard and old.

I’ve seen more there, and I’m eager to try so much more with the success of these. Have you tried any Primark dupes? Or are you just happy to try them regardless if they are a dupe or not like me.

Hadn’t been for years, but as MediK8 isn’t cheap I couldn’t wait to try primarks version. Quite impressed and I’ve been back for more
