The weeks are flying by, and progress doesn’t feel as epic as before, as it’s not as noticeable. However that said I did manage to put some seeds and soil in pots, using my hands as normal. I did it unsplinted as I didn’t want to get it dirty. I did 30 mins before it got tired and achy.

We’ve embarked on a regular Yoga session as well in the evenings, and while I take out some movements, I’ve been doing cat cow exercises using my fists instead, so my wrist is straight. I just don’t do many, and if I can do moves with no hands all the better. We follow the Yoga by Adriene on Youtube.

This while it does ache the hand, it’s helping my back and hips massively. It’s a full time job keeping all body parts happy and healthy.

I think I get a review in around 2 weeks time, I hope she’s happy with my progress, I feel happy with it. My biggest struggle is getting into compression or normal gloves as the thumb can’t move in close to the hand. And sensation, it is super sensitive to touch, making it hyper sensitive to textures and things, hopefully it settles down but it’s weird for now.
