Steroid is proper giving me hell, I think I’d be hard pressed to have this done ever again, while it’s great as it work in the joint. What it does to my temperature is ruining my life. I thought they were hot flushes from menopause, but they always coincide with steroid injections, never got it with the hip steroid ones though, just the hands. Thank goodness hip ones don’t cause it as I’m about to request one!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve recently been able to start back to making jewellery, not a lot, but little bits here and there since coming out of the splint. So I reopened Etsy, not listed it all yet as it’s a process. But it feels nice to open again. It’s Here threading beads is like a bit of physio for the hands.
