Tightness in the skin around the scar has caught me by surprise a couple of times, as the skin was caught on my jeans but hand kept going, so it felt pulled and really hurt too. I do try to massage and circle the scar often.




I’ve moved up a bit for some reps, but still on the yellow/green beginner ones too. Slow and steady wins the race. Going to try and build up the right hand too, as the steroid is definitely wearing off.
