Practice makes perfect or so they say. Let’s put it to the test. I’ve had some deep aches first thing in the morning, and while it’s nothing like the previous pain, it does nag and gnaw at me. I feel guilty though saying it hurts, like I’m ungrateful for the surgery. Daft I know as I’m very grateful for it.


Loving the little egg balls to squeeze, and really push against something. This seems to help with strengthening and stamina.


Though it’s still the lightest resistance band, I felt it would be better to have good form always, before moving up the band’s. So far I can do 15 reps of the band, then 15 reps squeezing egg lengthways, and 15 reps squeezing egg widthways.
Feeling the deep aches in the wrist, and occasionally the thumb nags, but that usually goes if I do some warm up movements to lubricate the joints.


Same 15 reps squeezing egg lengthways, 15 reps squeezing egg widthways. Then 15 reps with resistance band.
