Wow, now I can honestly say it’s working for me, the balance occasionally needs a tweak here and there. But we’ve been away, and my back pain has been greatly reduced from the oil.
I think because the low back pain is a low grumbling gnawing pain, it’s been able to that away, but sudden sharp acute pain, like in the 4yr old hip it couldn’t take away. But no matter, having that deep pain improve is a godsend to me.
MONDAY organised my Hydro sessions to be more locally, these should help with my psoas issues, and prepare me for the hip steroid injection. O.2-5ml X 2 good solid day and I managed to pack for our peak district adventure. Still taking at least 1 tramadol and 1 etoricoxib per day.
TUESDAY we arrived at our walk place, it’s baking hot (for us Brits) and it felt like a long slog. I had upped the dose to 0.2-5ml x 3 though I think it was a bit much, as I felt like glue at one point. I also had increased to 2 tramadol and 1 etoricoxib.

WEDNESDAY another glorious day, but wanting to avoid crowds we headed to a quieter part of the Peak District. Tweaked the dose to 0.2ml in the morning, 0.1ml afternoon and 0.2ml at night this was perfect! 2 tramadol and 1 etoricoxib.

THURSDAY body is in a lot of aches and pains, so we strolled along a pavillion garden and ate ice creams, watched the ducks and geese. Slow pace of day I repeated the 0.2ml in the morning 0.1ml afternoon and 0.2ml evening. Good dose.

FRIDAY I slept so heavy I didn’t move, today is a recovery day, so I didn’t want to waste my oil on a day I’m barely moving, so I had 0.1ml in the afternoon only.

SATURDAY I had a much needed binge watch of TV and got my blogging head on too. As I’m home I’m just taking less oil, 0.2ml in the morning and 0.1ml in the evening. Caught up on washing though. And put some camping stuff away.
SUNDAY I moved a bit fast, and my back did a spasm, and felt like a dead leg, numb and winded. I could barely walk, made a hot water bottle and rested all day 0.2ml morning and evening to control pain. Had a soak in the bath which also helped.
