Back to wet wet wet weather, and boy does it still make me feel stiff and achey. Granted not as painful as before surgery, but a different tight seized up feeling, that needs a good few stretches to make it feel better.
On the operated hand, I’ve gone from green to blue to now orange, the last band there is. Not much work is needed now on this hand, except the stretches to warm it up.

But the right hand I can barely do the green band, but I keep trying to build it up in strength.

I try to use the balls as well, again I’m on the last ball on the operated hand, and the first on, on my right hand.

I think I need to ring the hospital, as I’ve not heard from them, and I was meant to be having an appointment to go onto the waitlist for the right hand. But perhaps the strikes are effecting it. So the plan is this week to try and chase that up as best as I can.
Slipped on some mud and put my hand out to catch my husband, and it kinda bent my operated thumb back!! Ouch, that brought tears to my eyes. The morning after it’s still stiff and sore, so now I’m having to ice and rest it.
