Holy hell it took a whole ass week to settle that flare down, from Monday to Monday!! I was completely sofa bound, with round the clock pain killers, cannabis oil and hot water bottles. It was the WORST I’ve felt in a long time. Thank heavens for horror movies keeping me going.

And typical self sabotaging me, now I feel better I want to go out again, but I know it will flare it up immediately, so I intend to go a bit slower, and instead get onto some stretches and physio, as we slowly get ready for holiday.

While I have gotten rid of the Right hips outer hip and groin pain, I’m definitely not eager to irritate it again while so newly fresh healed. The Left hips Psoas is an ongoing issue that I never seem to fully settle (hopefully soon)

Dragging out the old bosu ball, I’m catching up on some hip bridges on there, some simple step ups and lunges.
