It’s been up and down at first admittedly, but now both hip bursitis and psoas have settled down its fantastic!! Loving the massage gun!!
I hope it lasts, that’s my only worry.

I’ve been practicing cobblers pose in yoga, but I find I can’t tuck them in close, and I’m still very off centre, this is how I realised my back was curved.

While I’ve not been doing supine knee to chest exercise since it flared up bursitis, I have been doing low lunges, lizard pose, and crescent low lunges, which is a great stretch for the hip flexors, while I also work on the core muscles, these seem to work better than the traditional knee to chest.

I hope I can get back to this eventually, but I’m pleased I’ve found alternative exercises so it’s still getting a daily workout, on top of the hydro sessions each week.
Since doing yoga it’s been a lot easier to get things to move and stretch, hold the stretches and generally feel the benefit. I’m going to have to find a way to keep doing it, when I have hand surgery, as I’m too scared to drop the ball on hip exercises, in case it makes the psoas issues come back (like it did before)
Not heard from the ROH so I’m not sure if they will see me for a progress report or just leave me too it?! X
