Well the hydro appointment I was due to have, has been cancelled. Booo something to do with the pool, let’s hope it’s fixed soon and I’m re-booked in soon. But as my mind is geared for exercise, I may as well do a land physio day today.
And Boy didn’t it show me still how weak I am, and how much the water supports you!!

* Hip Abduction standing X 20 reps
* Hip Extension standing X 20 reps
* Hip Flexion standing X 20 reps
* Lunges on Bosu Ball X 20 reps
* Clamshell Raises X 20 reps
* Side Leg Raises X 20 reps
* Small Squats X 20 reps
* Step ups Forward, Left Leg Leading X 20 steps
* Side Step ups, Left Leg Leading X 20 steps
*Psoas Knee to Chest, Push Extended Leg into floor and hold for 30 seconds X 5 reps
OMG the burning in the Right hip from standing or attempting to stand on one leg, it’s so weak. I had to keep stopping, have a quick few seconds break, then start again. I feel weak!!

Thank goodness for this to help kneed the aches and pains out. Seriously I had expected to be able to stand on this one leg by now it’s a 5yr old hip replacement, clearly need to try and do this more to build it up. Pleasantly surprised with the movement and range in the Left hip and psoas area.
