I’m back to making jewellery again, I can’t express how good this feels. I still get aches and tired, some limitations. But overall, I’m back!!

I’d love to be back at yoga, but the wrist and strength isn’t there just yet. I can and have tried a downward facing dog. But the wrist hurts, and still swells up, so I avoid it for a while longer yet.

Occasionally I’ve felt a sharpness in the middle of the hand (back of hand) clearly a ligament/tendon thing, which can hurt just wafting the hand (as if you are wafting a fly away) so that makes me a bit nervous. Though it’s still in the grand scheme early days of surgery recovery.

The opposition exercise still shows how swollen thumb is compared to left hand, it’s not an ‘O’ more of a ◻️but we attempt it daily still.

I’m glad typing has gotten easier, and now using it on the walking stick. So really I should be cooking again…. Mr moon would love that, as he took over all the cooking while I couldn’t help.
