In my bid to flex the top of the thumb, I’ve easily tired the thumb out. Not entirely sure why it won’t fully bend, is it purely swelling? Or is it the internal pins and wire preventing it.
I was always told to exercise it, so I shall until they say otherwise. But out of ALL the exercises, it’s my most hated one.

This week I peeled my first spuds, and cut them up (cutting action still hurts a bit) and I changed the bedding. Dare I say it, I’m feeling pretty normal, except the new position. But even that is getting easier.

Outer elbow is horrendous though, as I go to lift a duvet it causes such pain, and weakness. Not sure what I can do about it, but I’ve been wearing a compression sleeve. I might ask for a steroid injection as it’s been bothering me for months and months.
