As I’m almost back to normal, not sure how many more updates I will do, or how regularly. But these last two weeks, I’ve started to peel potatoes, make jewellery, tidy up more and I even dyed my own hair!!


I’ve been using a spiky ball to help encourage the Tip of the thumb to flex, still seems to be the hardest exercise. It hurts and so stiff. Video of me using it
Sensitive skin and wire area, I don’t actually feel so much now. Completely desensitized, so touch feels normal. If I whacked the area where the wire is, obviously it would hurt. However it’s not painful when just a jumper knocks it anymore, for which I’m grateful.


Thumb is still double it’s normal size, but I remembered it took a good year on the other hand to finally go down.
