Whoa where has the summer gone? Hands are feeling like it’s winter! The stiffness and aching are like very early stages of arthritis. Doesn’t hurt persay, but aches and takes a while to move freely.

I understand not everyone has any resistance bands at home for hand physio, but you might have a bobble or scrunchie for your hair, and they work just as well. You can make it easy or tighten them up to create a harder exercise.


You can barely see, but a slight yellow hue in the palm and near the CMC fusion scar (my 1yr old post op hand) I knocked it with a book🤦♀️ and omg it’s achy and tender.




I’ve been beading, and this has been a challenge, the tiny size of them has worked the joint far more than any physio exercises. That said though I do like to try and exercise the fingers and warm them up before doing any crafting.
