Tablet shortage has got me this week, chemist couldn’t get hold of my Etoricoxib meds, and it’s took a hit on my lower back pain levels. Grateful I still have medical cannabis oil and tramadol though.

Still though it’s caused an anxiety I didn’t know I had, the dread of no meds and increased pain, a pure panic set in on Friday last week, how would I cope as it was all of my meds at first, Saturday I managed to get tramadol at least, to tied me over. 

Getting really fed up I’m still a broken waddling mess and in pain 24/7
Time to start these bad boys up again, Dead bugs 10 reps x 1 each day
I’ve noticed I really struggle to hold this position, so start off at 30 second half x 1 rep a day
We all know my hatred for these, but I am getting soft in the glutes so start up again 10 reps x 1

Slowly slowly I need to start my hip/back journey just to keep pains at bay, ironically you stop because life gets in the way, and you feel better. Only to fine they soon kick your butt, and life feels like it’s falling apart, and all because you stopped regularly doing physio or yoga 😭
