What a week, I’ve been continuously chasing my arthritis meds, the #Etoricoxib I take, I have 90mgx 1 per day. And boy I’m feeling it without it, it’s been nearly two weeks.

Last week someone pushed my car door onto the 1yr old fusion hand, and set that off into a flare for a few days. (Does this ever stop? As I’m feeling like quite little things seem to be setting off the older hand) Too soon for my liking.

Every day I try to put my hands flat on the wall and put all my weight through them, but it’s not feeling stronger, or easier yet 🥺 really weak wrist, and perhaps the shape of flatness just won’t ever be there?? Could maybe a rolled up towel on the floor be better?

Tried this way first, but I didn’t feel confident
Same for this hand, didn’t feel comfortable or safe with the rolled up part under the palm.
Tried the base of hand on the rolled up bit and that felt more stable
Even for the fused CMC hand this too felt more stable.
Tried a downward facing dog with hands only a third on the rolled up towel, this worked the best
