Sometimes I have to remember just because I want to, doesn’t mean it’s possible. Ever more relevant this last adventure we had.

For the first day we spent a day on the beach, relaxing and not doing much. It was heaven. The next day we knew weather was turning and it would be a woodland walk day, but even paths so nothing too hard.

But this absolutely broke me walking. Feeling it in my lower back mostly, and knees weirdly. This walk took all my energy, and 3x times as much pain meds too. So I’m at a loss of what to do. We came home a day earlier, as we both knew there was no way I could possibly do another day out, and walk. Once again health spoils a trip away, and hinders doing anything remotely ‘normal’.

I’ve had a telephone appointment with a GP, they are referring me back to micats in Cannock to get physio back. While it won’t cure it, it means I can try to help relieve some pains if I focus on the back perhaps. I’ve only ever done physio on the hips before. Besides this I’m lost at what can be done. Is this it forever?

I should have mentioned my mcas as its getting worse again, but as ever you feel rushed on the phone, and I forgot.
