How has 2 weeks gone by already? Well I feel like I’ve blinked and poof the weeks have gone.
Life is pretty dramatic, chaotic right now, so i have not been consistent with physio at all, which needs to change.



But we are back into routine again, doing the 3 main exercises given.
Quad Isolation Red Band 10 reps X 1,2,3
Side Leg Raises, Red Band Right Leg 10 reps X 1,2,3
Side Leg Raises, Green Band Left Leg 10 reps X 1,2,3
So surprising how difficult these actually are, especially the side leg raises, as you have to lean so far over, then lift. Unlike how I used to do it with one leg stacked on top of other.
