It may be the festive season, but there is no excuses around Physio. Especially as in the next year we may have to move away from here, and lose my physiotherapist (i sure hope not as she’s amazing)

So all the more reason to really give physio all i have, to give the body opportunities to help itself and improve pain levels. And as my fellow chronic pain sufferers know, winter brings all the extra aches and pains.

Upgraded to Green Band both sides of the Tilted Side Leg Raise 10 reps X 3

Instead of the traditional distance of butt to foot for hip bridges. It’s now a greater length to increase difficulty

Much further away, makes it more challenging. Hip Bridges Red Band 10 reps X 3

*Side note* physio is still making me feel super nauseous

Sticking with Red Band Quad Isolation as it’s surprisingly hard, and the lower down the chair leg the band is, the harder it is. So for now it’s sufficiently difficult. 10 reps X 3

Yesterday I had an incident though, I was bending to pick up a light weight box, but my older nearly 6yrs old hip, the leg suddenly gave way, the pain, and how sick it made me feel, really frightened me, instant tears. Got myself to the sofa, hoping rest helps. Else I might have to seek medical help. What on earth caused that?

Pain radiated down from outer hip towards the knee. Definitely something I need to speak to physio and maybe consultant too.
