It’s been a week since I saw Micats, and removing the worst of the exercises.
However I have kept the Hip Bridges, and Swapped my side leg raises to clams, Mini clams and its been feeling a lot better.

When I do bridges, I do get an inner thigh ache, so more rest time between sets of 10.

To ensure the stability of the hip implant (which is 6years old on 9th January)

Long old wait to 28th January when I get to speak to my consultant and get a fresh xray on this problematic hip.
Still doing Prana Yoga, but definitely some movements are too difficult and require adaptations.
