Still investigating my other health woes, seen here , but for now back to the thumb.

It’s 4 weeks and it pretty much feels normal. Unless you accidentally BANG it, which I did, and HOLY MOLY did that hurt!!!

Still quite dotty enough though stitches have been out for 2 weeks now.

I can pretty much touch the bottom of the pinky finger, however I don’t feel like the top joint flexes enough, but we keep trying.

This is how much it will bend and flex at the top.

Started to use the Rubber Eggs as resistance and to build up strength. Feela good to be improving.

Occasionally I get a ‘STING’ internally or if I’ve done my hand exercises it aches, just needs a bit of rest or heat to help the pain though.

    The rubber balls are probably really good for getting your strength back .

      They are so good, I have 3 each a different resistance strength

        I just have one of the wrist handgrip things . But it’s definitely good .
