New Micats physiotherapist happened this week, let’s hope he’s as good as my last one (Really didn’t want to lose her 😭)

Her exercises she gives me are hard but also seem to be helping a lot, in the lower back, and strengthening my whole body overall. So I’m thrilled to see he’s going to be using the same routine and style.

Omg i thought Chloe’s exercises were hard….. Windsor came up with 2 absolute killers!! Bird Dog, I’m ok one side but opposite side collapses so told to squeeze glutes then lift arm and leg, that helps but works out the body so much.

Just need to learn and focus on keeping my back as straight as possible

Just doing enough to failure at the moment so about 5 good quality ones each side.

Next exercise is Hip Hitching but lying down and lifting the leg too, so like these two exercises above combined. Again to failure but I’m so weak in the left hip flexor, that’s more like 3 each side for now. My hip flexor burns now already. So I hope it doesn’t flare that all off again.

I’m also being put forward for the gym or spine gym, which is great. Hoping get to start before the end of May.

    Bird dogs are great ! I didn’t know what they were called but I to do these in my daily workout sessions . I also do mountain climbers and use my ab roller .
