Can you believe it, I’m back to physio but this time it’s for my elbow, as a direct result from having Thumb issues.
Somehow the nerve from thumb to elbow is often inflamed, and lifting a simple duvet off me, causes great pain.

Often called tennis elbow, but I swear I’ve never played tennis 🤣🤣🤣 but I am a walking stick user, so its added weight, and repetition to the joint that inflames it.

Decided I couldn’t have the KT tape on elbow as even my sticky pads from ecg left me with a deep rash. So opting for 2 simple exercises of resistance for now.
Thumb wise I’m doing really well, its like it was never reopened. I don’t have the flex at the tip, but I can touch thumb tip to little finger, and I no longer have metal sticking out. So it’s a win.
