Last week at Spine Gym but if they don’t renew I’m confident enough to carry on at home.

Since my last appointment at Spine Gym I have been wearing my insoles at every opportunity, and well it’s going relatively well, it has flared up some extra hip and knee pains. So I need to discuss them today, and ask if I can have another pair, so I don’t have to keep swapping them in and out of different shoes.

This weeks exercises are the same ones as week 2, and 4. As you know from previous weeks I had to miss week 2, so I can only compare weights and reps from week 4.

So the Romanian dead lift last time was 15reps x 2 11kg weight, Hip Abduction 15reps x 2 Red Band, Seated Rotations 15reps x2 4kg, Cat/Camel 15reps x2. Squat with 8kg Kettle bell 15repsx 2, Side Flexion with 3kg Dumb bell 15reps x2

Be nice to improve on the above stats if possible.

I started this time with  Squat with 8kg Kettle Bell 16 reps x2 (same as week 4)

Then it was Side Flexion with 5kg Dumb bell 16 reps x2 (2kg heavier than week 4)

Last of the weight exercises is Romanian Deadlifts with 13kg bar 16reps x2 (2kg heavier than week 4)

Onto my nemesis Hip Abduction Red Band 16 reps x2

Then onto another I find hard Seated Rotations with 3kg Dumbell (1kg lighter than week 4) as this exercise really hurt me last time.

Final exercise, a good one to end on, Cat/ Camel Stretches 16 reps x2

So that’s me I’ve completed their sessions, I now have to do them at home and I can return if needed within 6 months. But let’s be honest my back issues are going to be life long, so really just need to incorporate them into my daily living.

Have to say Tuesday after this, I felt like I had been run over!! So stiff and sore.
