Second time doing spine gym at home.

This week has been particularly hard on the back, with wearing the insoles and attempting some gardening. It’s definitely siezing up, and I can feel the shift in the weather too. Booooo

Anyways it’s back to making sure I keep movement going. So first up is

My hardest one, Hip Abduction 15reps x 2 I don’t have a red band at home, so Green it is.

Some much needed back flexing with Cat/Cow Stretches 15 reps x 2

Romanian Deadlift but using my 5kg Dumbells. 15 reps x 2

Using same 5kg Dumbells for Side Flexion I like this one 15 reps x 2

Another one I seriously hate Seated Rotations without a weight (as it hurt my stomach) 15 reps x 2

Then to finish up Squat with 5kg Dumbell 15 reps x 2

Seems I have to see a GP to get a new referral for insoles, so that’s a huge chore, as its literally impossible to get GP appointments lately, they seem to offer social prescribers a lot now. Not what I need at all. But I will keep ringing to try.
