Through all the house downsizing and house viewing, I’m attempting to keep a spine gym at home routine.

This week, I opted for some favourites.

Hip Bridges on Heels to make it harder 15reps x 2
Jefferson curls with Dumbells 5kg each 15reps x 2
Knee rolls side to side 15reps x 2

Love doing the knee rolls to reset myself after weights. Helps to slow the heart rate down, or at least the feeling of my heart pounding (i get palpitations and even with a low heart rate)

Suitcase walking 1 dumbell only 5kg 6 walks up and down per side.
Superman stretches 15reps x 2
Shoulder rotations with green resistance band 15reps x 2
Side leg raises were added 10reps x 2
