I’m now signed off from going to physio in the actual hospital, however I do need to keep the exercising going.
After a lot of stomach pain, I’ve had to drop the Seated Rotations, Jefferson Curl, and Romanian Deadlifts until further notice. As it was causing a lot of pain near the belly button.
Now it’s calmed down, we have opted to focus more on Superman Stretches

As the increased damp air has a negative impact on pains and flare ups, its slow and steady to avoid injuring myself further.
The physiotherapist also made me some extra insoles to help me out, they are just rough ones until I can get an appointment with orthotics, but I have to see a GP first, which is near on impossible at times!!
