Hipster

As the title says, its been a week since I sprained my ankle. And its been a process, and learning curve for sure.

As readers will know this also coincided with moving house as well, so not much chance to rest and elevate the ankle much.

However I do have Arnica gel. And some comfrey and yarrow to make a conpress, to help the healing process.

The colour is so much better, more green than black. And I finally managed to get a shoe on, all week I’ve had to wear slippers or just socks, even for outside, as a shoe was never getting on 🤣

Painwise its sharp if I move it, but overall its a dull aches when not moving, and very tender to touch over certain ligaments/tendons. Mostly the Posterior inferior tibiofubular ligament (PITFL) the Anterior talofibular ligament (ATFL) and Calcaneofibular ligament (CFL) and something towards my toes on the top of the foot, perhaps Extensor digitorium longus (EDL)

Hopefully when I see my Physiotherapist anyways for my knee and hip bursitis, he can also assist me with my ankle rehabilitation too.
