House move is now completed, though we need to garden, paint and clean up some parts in old house.
Though of course we need to unpack, but at least that can be done gently and slowly over many many months.
This last month has been injury after injury, flare up after flare up, and it still doesn’t end.
Piriformis has been my biggest bugbear along with my usual back pain, and as you’ve read previously I also have trochanteric bursitis and pes anserine bursitis of the hip and knee, all of this all at once… and not forgetting spraining my ankle last week too. All the same side 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

A good friend pointed out to me I’m doing too much, and as much as it pains me to say, She’s right. It is too much for me. So I’ll be very very slowly unpacking, as I definitely need a period of time to recover from all of this. So one room is sacrificial and will be a mess, until we can completely rebuild a shed, and unpack.

I’ll be gently adding these to the Back exercises I am doing too, the Knees to Chest stretch and Cobra stretch too. Hopefully by the time I see my Physiotherapist, I will have massively improved. But first the stupid sprained ankle needs to heal first. As I said its been one injury after another.



I see the dreaded clam exercise is recommended, this exercise haunts me I swear!! But needs must, anything to fix myself and get back to feeling stronger.
