The weather might not be the best, but little local wintery walks give you some fabulous fresh air, and its good for the soul.

Oh no the bridge is gone, and water too high to wade through, so back track and choose a different route.

Wish we could get closer to the reservoir but alas we cant. But it looks so pretty, and full of water birds.

Found a bird hide, so let’s try it out.

The supermoon full moon guiding us home, the quiet of the woodland at dusk is like a muffled snowy day. A favourite time of day to be out and about. Made all the better when you get home and have chilli con carne for tea to warm your cold bones up.
