Physio has been HARD on the ankle. And so at 10 weeks its still swelling up, physio making it worse, but hopefully overall it will strengthen it up.

So with that, I’m reducing the physio to the up on tip toes, lift good foot, so you go down on bad foot only and slowly.

Along with this one, I stand on the bad leg, and use the other to point toes in front, to the side, then to the back.

Then we choose one day to walk outside and try to expose the ankle and hips and back, to uneven terrain and unpredictable surfaces.

Next physio appointment is the 16th Jan. So I can ask for more advice then.
