2025 was full of health worries, and scares and unbelievable stress and anxiety.
This has had a massive impact on my weight, and injury and flare up has impacted my mobility and in turn physio has suffered.
So I’ve dipped a toe into Yoga with Adriene again.


Just even sitting like this is hurting the back, hips and ankle. So this proves how much my body needs it. Its once a week and its a lovely way to reintroduce myself back into yoga (after hand surgery, ankle sprain)
While I do want to tackle my excessive snacking and get to moving more, I am not looking for perfection, I just want to move more and drink more water, so small goals to hopefully build into my daily routine.
