What a week, we’ve had fracture clinic for Mr Moon, a new baby grandson arrived, and I did Hydro.

So obviously come the day after Hydrotherapy I crashed, I ended up watching the #BlingRingHollywoodHeist on all 4 all day, resting and nursing my Dom’s!! ( Delayed onset muscle soreness)

I spent the whole day in PJs, with a hot water bottle. Boring at times but so necessary.

I’ve got to try and keep moving between sessions while having the balance of rest as well. So the plan for the rest of the week, is to do some bosu ball steps, both forward and side ways.

Side step ups and over to the other side X 20 reps
Leading leg step up and same leg stepping down X 20 reps do both sides.
Might try one foot with a toe, like I do with a bosu ball. See if it’s possible. X 20 reps

These are all for the alternate days and when I’m not sore from Hydro. Seen as we are trapped indoors for the foreseeable future while Mr Moon heals, I can get into a pretty good routine with it all.
