No set hydro, but I have a local physio visit on Thursday (but thats to check leg length not exercise really) so this week I’m doing my own thing instead and keep the momentum going. Been struggling a lot with pulling my leg in my sleep and activating the pain once more, which is aggravating.
With that I’ve chased radiology about my appointment which was requested in Jan, and thankfully she said it should be in four weeks time. Thank goodness as I’m desperate to try and settle it down. My hands however seem to have an epic wait, as I’ve only just gone onto that wait list.
I had a visit to Occupational therapy as one hands brace feels too tight and restricted, so hoping she can help me out.
So back to physio, what can we do this week to keep us going, while mindful not to flare up the flexor, as the plan is to walk Friday if possible.

Careful not to do too many, as I’ve been upping the chores around the house, going for walks again and 2 hospital visits this week.
My biggest pet hate is still the straight leg raises. I really really struggle with these, I’d be happy never to do them ever again. But needs must. Here is how I was doing last time Or not as the case is here. I seemed to of missed week 41 and 42 and went straight in to 43 as I was having squelchy hip feelings and irritation of the IT band. Clearly neither are plain sailing, there are speed bumps along the way, but I’m still 100% glad I replaced them!!
