Urgh what a difference a week can make, I was just absolutely loving the pain free living I had gained, after the first 3 days and now I can feel familiar niggles again.

Admittedly it’s only every so often, a few times in the day it will have a sharp moment (like squeezing a shampoo bottle) or holding a hair brush. But enough to make my heart sink a little. I had really wanted months out of them.

I guess it’s still early days and though it’s a little sore at times, I would say it’s better 85% of the time, so certainly less painful than prior to the injections. I have had a lot of injections now and they do say the time of effectiveness gets less and less every time, I can say I was fully informed and prepared for this.

I’m hoping it’s just a blip and possibly due to extra heat in the UK. Worth keeping an eye on and still take ibuprofen gel as a precaution, along with a brace.
