I’ve managed 4 single leg hip bridges!! Huge fan fare please, if you’ve been following the story of my hip bridges you’ll know that the physiotherapist has insisted I do them daily, and that I hold them, and leg is level with knee. I believe it’s meant to fix my psoas issue? But I somehow manage to pull a muscle behind the knee??? 🤣
However, not done them daily as I’m not ready for that pain, but alternate days and I’ve just about managed 4 reps each side. Slow and steady progress is better than none at all.



As I’m coming up to my daughter’s graduation and the need to wear nice shoes, I’m struggling to find things to accept that massive insole. If I’m lucky I may be able to get into fashion boots. But I’m already annoyed this is now a consideration in all aspects of my life.
