Taking this 30 day Yoga programme slower than before, it’s harder and I’m attempting to fit in more Physio exercises in with it. So though it’s 30 days it’s taking me double the amount of time.

By last Saturday though we had completed our first week, and while I am enjoying it, it’s certainly harder than Yoga Revolution one. Maybe it’s harder because we’ve had days off to do important family things, or maybe it’s harder because of the physio I’m not sure. But my back is sure sore at times, and the Hip Bridges are still making the hip swell up.

It’s certainly here to stay in my life, and I’ve noticed a huge change over the last 3 months, it’s even started to spill out into more of my life, the calmer more meditative life is more appealing, we have stopped drinking alcohol, and somehow going out out just doesn’t appeal.
Never in my life did I think I’d become a Yogi, never realised it could be for people like me, the odd ones, the ones that can’t make the perfect shapes and hold for days. But it is, and with Adriene coaching you through YouTube it’s the encouragement I needed.
