It’s been a week since I last posted and we’ve had Christmas, Boxing Day and we visited family. So safe to say ZERO exercise was done. I barely even are, due to being so poorly and weak, never felt so fatigued in my life!! I had planned to do so much, but it all went out the window.
But what I did do was SLIP in maccies, and while I saved myself from hitting the deck, I jarred the right hip so badly, I couldn’t walk for the day, or put weight through the leg. Mr Moon had to rescue me, and grab my walking stick, I tell you I cried and cried, from pain and shock.

The day after resting I felt a lot better and could put weight through it once, but that cough pulls it over and over again. So it’s super sore and I can’t imagine any exercises for now.

Pulled the Vastus intermedius and vastus lateralis. For now I’m nursing the muscle, but once I feel able I will have to start trying to work on strengthening it and building stamina.
