It’s nearly time to go camping, and getting out there again finding waterfalls, so I need to build up a bit more stamina. Roll on sunny dry weather to make getting out more possible. Since we’ve not been walking I’m getting weak hip wise.

Last week with TED stockings on from Thumb Surgery. Have to free the feet to grip on the mat good enough.

Back on the mat, feeling quite weak in my Warriors, but I can build up again, especially now the cast and stockings are gone this week. Still doing hands free yoga for now.

Single leg squat, slow build up 5 reps each side. Need a crutch to keep me balanced and supported.
Super slow controlled step ups 10 reps X3 each side.

Try and build up these glutes and quads, and the dreaded hip flexor. Really looking forward to getting my boots on, and grabbing some views.

    I want to get back into yoga and have seen so many people recommend Yoga With Adrienne, so will give that a go. Just need to be a little stronger x

      I think the reason I love Adriene so much is there is no push to do the perfect pose, the journey and breathing is the reward. So as someone who will never be able to do some movements exact, I don’t feel a failure or that I’ve took an easy option (if that makes sense) she’s so softly spoken and gentle, nurturing that if all you did was sit and breathe, that’s enough.
